      Мула-трикона (мула – корень, трикона – треугольник) – коренной треугольник янтры, внутри которого находится маленькая окружность Апарабинду. Наклонные стороны воплощают равенство и зеркальность противоположных сторон бытия, движение, динамику и развитие. Горизонтальная линия основания символизирует связь боковых сторон треугольника, её устойчивость и жёсткость. Ориентация вершины треугольника символизирует мужской (остриём вверх) либо женский (остриём вниз) принцип творения.
