Providing medical care to impoverished and war-torn countries is Trace’s life mission, but he’s back in Atlanta for a few weeks and discovers the attraction between him and Chrissie has only grown with time. Trace knows he won’t stay, and Chrissie isn’t looking to have an affair. But when he learns her reasons why he’s confronted with a past he’d rather forget.
