King Arthur was a mythological figure who led the kingdom of Camelot and the Knights of the Round Table. It was believed that he fought many battles against the Saxons in the 5th to 6th centuries and became victorious. He was known as the one true King of the Britons.

Arthur was the son of King Uther Pendragon, the High King of Britain, and Lady Igraine of Cornwall. King Uther fought a battle just to marry Igraine because she was already married to Gorlois, the Duke of Tintagel. King Uther was successful and Gorlois was killed.
