this energy flowing into you, filling you with strength and love.

      Stage 4: Feeling loved

      – Focus on the feeling of love that comes from the source. It is an unconditional, all-pervading love that encompasses all living things.

      – Allow yourself to feel this love in every cell of your body. Feel how it fills you with joy, calmness and harmony.

      Stage 5: Completing the meditation

      – When you are ready, start slowly returning to the present. Focus on your breathing again, take a few deep breaths in and out.

      – Gradually open your eyes and return to the world around you, keeping in yourself the power and energy of love that you felt.

      Conclusion:

      – Allow yourself a few minutes to become aware of your feelings and thoughts after the meditation. You can write them down in a diary if you want.

This meditation will help you gain a deeper understanding of the source of all things and feel its power and love within you. Good luck, and remember that you can always go back to this source whenever you need it.

      Chapter 2-Our World

Our world is really a complex multi-level system, where everything is interconnected. This concept of” what is above is below” reflects the idea that all levels of reality, from the microcosm to the macrocosm, are interconnected and influence each other. The source and our world is unique. We live in the Source.

The main aspects of this system are:

      1. Energy: In every level of reality, there is energy that moves and transforms. This energy can take many forms, from physical to emotional to spiritual. It is the basis of everything that exists.

      2. Information: All living things and systems share information. This can be either biological information (DNA) or more abstract forms, such as knowledge and emotions. Information helps you organize your life and maintain communication between different levels.

      3. Environment: Each “world” space, whether physical, mental or spiritual, has its own unique environment. This environment affects the life that exists in it and how it develops.

      4. Life: In every world, regardless of its level, there is life. It can manifest itself in various forms, from the simplest organisms to complex ecosystems and human societies. All of them are interconnected and depend on each other.

      Conclusion

Understanding these relationships helps us understand how we can influence our world and how it affects us. It also highlights the importance of harmony and balance, both in our inner world and in the environment.

      The relationship between worlds

      1. A copy of the source: Our world can be seen as a reflection of the deeper source from which everything originates. However, despite these similarities, each manifestation is unique and has its own characteristics.

      2. The beauty of novelty: The diversity and differences in our world give it beauty and make life interesting. Each new experience enriches our experience and understanding.

      3. Connection between worlds: All worlds are interconnected, like a tree, where the roots and branches are connected by tubes. These “tubes” symbolize the energy and information flows that connect different levels of reality.

Understanding the Atom as a Portal

      4. The Atom as a portal: As we delve deeper into the structure of the atom, we can see the core as an access point to deeper levels of existence. Each atom can be considered as a portal connecting our world with the etheric one.

      5. The Light of Love: The Light of love from the etheric world is indeed ЕСТЬthe foundation of our existence. This love fills life with meaning and energy.

      6. A Person without Love: МThe scum that a person without love is destroyed at the atomic level emphasizes the importance of emotional and spiritual well-being. Love is the foundation that supports harmony and wholeness.

      Conclusion

These ideas remind us how important it is to keep in touch with ourselves and the world around us, and to appreciate love as a universal force that enriches our lives.

I see our world as a sphere made up of layers. This model helps me understand that the energy needed for life and love does not come from above, but from within us. I can feel the spheres inside me receiving energy from below, which symbolizes the depth of my inner world.

At the center of this sphere is the source-the “source sphere”, which is the basis of everything I know and feel. I realize that the less love energy passes through my world, the more influence the higher realms have. It reminds me of the importance of filling my life with love and light.

When I see the lack of love energy, I realize that it leads to destruction and darkness. Where there is no love, there is cold and emptiness. I strive to be a source of light and warmth to resist this darkness and create harmony in my inner and outer world.

This awareness inspires me to appreciate love and share it with others. I believe that by filling my life with love, I can change not only myself, but also the world around me.

The opposite of love is often seen as hate, but this is not the only aspect. Let’s take a closer look at what can be the opposite of love:

      1. Hate: This is a strong negative feeling that can lead to destruction and conflict. Hate can be directed at people, ideas, or even yourself.

      2. Indifference: Sometimes the opposite of love is considered indifference. This is a state where a person feels neither love nor hatred, but simply ignores or does not care about something or someone. Indifference can be even more destructive than hate, as it robs you of connection and empathy.

      3. Fear: Fear can block love and create barriers between people. It can lead to isolation and distrust, which is opposed to the openness and acceptance that are the foundations of love.

      4. Anger: Anger, especially if not controlled, can destroy relationships and overshadow positive feelings like love and caring.

      5. Loneliness: Feelings of loneliness and isolation can be the opposite of love, as love implies connection and oneness with others.

Each of these feelings or states can influence our perception and experience of love.

The word “hate” can be deciphered and analyzed by considering it as a set of symbols and meanings. Let’s try to make it wider:

      Hate

      1. N -Negativity: Hate often arises from negative perceptions, resentments, or frustrations. This feeling can be generated by fear, envy, or misunderstanding.

      2. E -Emotions: Hate is a strong emotion that can cloud the mind and lead to aggression. It can be directed at people, ideas, or even yourself.

      3. H – Dislike: This feeling is repulsive, creates barriers, and hinders understanding and acceptance of others. Dislike can arise from differences, whether cultural, social, or personal.

      4. A -Apathy: Hatred can lead to indifference to others and to one’s own feelings. This condition can block the ability to enjoy life and experience positive emotions.

      5. B – Hostility: Hatred breeds hostility and conflict. It can lead to violence and destruction, both in personal relationships and in society.

      6. И I – Isolation: Hate can isolate a person from others, creating feelings of loneliness and alienation. This can lead to poorer mental health and a lower quality of life.

      7. C -Strength: Hatred may give the illusion of power and control, but it actually weakens the person, as it requires a lot of energy and creates internal conflict.

      8. T -Darkness: Hate is associated with darkness, negativity, and destruction. It obscures the light of love and understanding,
