Banister got up to leave...
"Bet you didn't know that?"
The bartender shook his head and totaled the bill..."I do remember that you were in on the capture of John Dillinger...you all cornered him at the old Biography Theatre which was showing a Clarke Gable flick, called Manhattan Melodrama. So, you see Boss, I do listen and learn what I have an interest in, and I happen to have an interest in things I can verify."

Rita Simpson was still there banging away on the Smith-Corona manual typewriter. It appeared to be one of the first Smith-Corona had made.

"I wanted to wait for you, to see you and to let you know you really need to watch out for new guy. He has some really bad material up in the office you let him use and he is handing the stuff out in the front of the building."
"Well that is Ferrier’s boy...he wanted him for some reason. They smiled knowingly. But hey, I'll tell Ferrie to keep an eye on him."
"I bet he will." She said.
"Did you wire the money to Ray Ray's guy?"
"Yep."
"Well I'm going now; can I fix you a minute steak?"
"Ok dear, but start a file on this kid."
"By the way Guy, who should I bill for our time?" Rita asked.
"Ray Ray says ten million has been wired by the Skipper and that a Copper Card will be sent to me which will have a million dollar credit line."
