Clearly, getting involved in a business is an outlet for all women to exercise power. It will give you responsibility, a sense of purpose and support your growing self-respect. It is a way for any woman to feel valuable and that they can make a difference.

The First Five Things Every Woman Should Be
There is a saying in the African culture that a home is made by a woman. No one else can do that. Women have come to have increasing influence over the years. We have moved from the era where women were sidelined and left in the background to deal with kitchen matters. Today, women have more influence in society and in the marketplace. Women are now in leadership positions we never imagined they would occupy a century ago. A greater need for integrity has risen on the part of women. For with power, influence, and success comes responsibility. Below are ten things every woman must be if she is to have influence, success, and significance in life.
1 Woman of Prayer. Nothing brings one into alignment with power and influence other than prayer. Communion with the creator avails one of all the secrets unknown by the world. A woman can only rise up and be of worth in society and in business to the same degree that she is a woman of prayer. I do not know of anyone who made it in life without God by their side. It was all through prayer. Prayer afforded them a relationship with God and opened doors no man could open for them.
2 Woman of Integrity. If a woman is to go far in life and have respect both at home and at the office, then she has to be a woman of integrity. Where common women use their sexuality to manipulate their way to get what they want and get to the top, a woman set on success and significance will have to show integrity in her behavior and personality.
3 Woman who mentors. She is a powerful woman, one who mentors younger ladies and passes onto them the wisdom and insights she has drawn from life. She is a successful woman, set on impacting generations and living through teaching and instructing those under her. She will not only meet with success in her lifetime but will also leave an everlasting legacy and heritage for future generations.
4 Woman of Wisdom. The need for wisdom in the world cannot go unnoticed and unmentioned. Wisdom is imperative for a woman seeking success and significance in life, possessing it in abundance. All sound judgement and decision-making comes from wisdom. If there is anything a woman needs to build her house, her marriage, and even her business, it is wisdom.
5 Woman of Virtue. Nothing puts a sour taste in people's mouths like a woman without morals, a woman whose character and behavior leave many wondering whether she was properly trained as she grew up. Virtue is essential in a woman if she is to make a name for herself and be heard as a voice, instead of a mere echo. A woman must be excellent morally. She must be chaste. People will respect and honor a woman if she is virtuous. This virtuousness then allows her to influence and impact people's lives.
Mistakes We Make That Give Away Our Power
As a woman, many things in your life can be made into winnable games that feed your passion, soul, and self-esteem. Without knowing how to make your life winnable, you give away your power and simply allow life to happen to you. This creates overwhelm, frustration, anger, anxiety, depression, and physical illness. Women go through life's ups and downs, ins and outs, successes and failures, and in most cases, winning is purely accidental. Wouldn't you like to design your life to be a game you win on your own terms, while inspiring others along the way?

There are a couple reasons you may not like to play games:
You played a game and didn't know the rules and therefore had no chance of winning, which is an UNwinnable game
You lost or got picked last for a team when you played as a child and it hurt; now games feel scary and uncomfortable
What if you could Win or Learn instead of Win or Lose?
As you think of your life as a game, you will see areas of your life, such as relationships, communication, career, health, and family become smaller games within the larger game. This means you can win and learn in ALL of these areas simultaneously and have fun doing it!
Reasons To Set Up Your Life As A Game:
It's more fun to "play with" something than "work on" something.
The desired outcome focuses your energy, attention, and imagination.
The score card helps you evaluate regularly and make adjustments along the way.
Games have rules and boundaries to establish respect and fairness.
In a game, you feel and notice yourself improving over time until you master it.
Winnable Games vs. UNwinnable Games:
UNwinnable - gives away your power.
Your friends seem to be stuck in a rut and complain a lot.
Your career isn't something you enjoy anymore.
Your significant other doesn't support you.
Communication with your children or parents is stressful and negative.
Your lack of education keeps you stuck in a job you dread.
You want to grow spiritually, but your friends want to get drunk.
Winnable - reinforces your inner power
Your friends are becoming more and more successful and happy.
Your career feeds your passion, and you look forward to it each day.
Your significant other is understanding and supportive of you.
Communication with your loved ones is clear and powerful.
You enroll in education to qualify for the career you really want.
You seek new friends who share your spiritual beliefs.
Women are just as smart about money as any man and just as deserving to have a lot of it. Our talents and energies deserve financial reward! Over the past two generations, women have started to believe they deserve it.
I was taught it was selfish to want too much and wrong to ask for my needs to be met. So, I grew up minimizing my needs and feeling guilty for my wants. According to the Law of Attraction, the world hears and responds accordingly. I suggest to women, educate yourself about money. Read books about money and investments, join an investment club, keep a money journal to learn about your patterns, habits, successes, and weaknesses.
