1 La idea de las mujeres como sujetos de segunda categoría también se ejemplifica en la no habilitación de la mujer para decidir sobre el aborto. Esta noción de la mujer como no habilitada para tomar decisiones autónomas sobre su cuerpo, sin ser vigilada por el Estado, es sin duda un elemento a considerar en la noción de ciudadanía para las mujeres que se aprende en el espacio escolar. Esto no solo tiene que ver con la discusión del aborto en si mismo, sino que con la educación sexual sesgada que es entregada en los espacios escolares en donde se fomenta el lugar de la mujer sin autonomía, conocimiento y capacidad de decisión sobre la maternidad responsable.
